Greetings and welcome to Giba Gorge’s 1st ever communication with the real world, our 1st newsletter!

Look forward to The Giba Gabba bi weekly, which will be full of info on what is going on at the Gorge, new trail developments, an update of all activities and organised rides plus tales from the trail and of coarse useful tips from the Bike Dr to assist with keeping your love healthy and well, that is your bike we are talking about.

But before we get going, a HUGE Thank You, to all of you that have supported us from the start. We are amazed at how Giba has taken off and in our unofficial opening and really look forward to officially opening ASAP.

In order for this to happen we are striving to get our ducks in a row, meaning that we will only launch once we have the following in place;

  • 20kms of properly and clearly marked trails
  • Maps to assist with showing you the trails
  • Our Web site to be up and operational, our domain is www.gibagorge.co.za
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual membership options
  • Family membership

We will be having a launch weekend with lots of festivities for the whole family so watch this space.

Once we open we will be charging R20 for a day’s entry and ride.

We would like to know from you what you feel would be good value for money in the way of membership fees. You can mail us with your thoughts on ian@singletrackminded.co.za , the park is for the sport and ultimately for you so your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
