Race Details:
– Long Course: 5km Run 🏃♂️, 15km MTB Ride🚵♀️ , 7km Run 🏃♀️(Entry Fee R225)
– Short Course: 4km Run 🏃♂️10km MTB Ride 🚵♀️ , 2.5km Run 🏃♀️(Entry Fee R195)
The mountain bike portion is technical and short, making it a great test of your riding skills. With 90% of the ride on single tracks, you’ll navigate through lush landscapes, rocky paths, and thrilling descents that will keep your adrenaline pumping.
